Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, event type, date and times, venue, guest count, planner or coordinator, music preferences, the services you choose and anything else you type into our forms or quote tool.
Text consent records: if you opt in to texts, we keep a record of the date, time and wording you agreed to.
Basic technical data: browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics. This doesn't identify you by name.

To prepare your quote and email it to you
To answer questions, schedule your consultation and confirm your booking

Our Instant Quote Tool

When you build a quote on our site, we save the details you enter so our team can follow up and so you can get a copy by email. Quotes are stored securely in our website platform (Wix) and may be added to our client management system (HoneyBook). Prices shown in the tool are estimates. Your final price is confirmed during your consultation.

Text Messages (SMS)

You'll only receive texts from us if you give us your number and opt in, for example by checking the box in our quote tool or replying to us by text.
Texts may include quote follow-ups, consultation and booking confirmations, event reminders, planning updates and customer service. Promotional texts are sent only if you've opted in to them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help.
Opting in to texts is never required to get a quote or book with us.
Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so they can send them for us.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

With the DJs, MCs and event staff assigned to your event, only what they need to perform it
