    To guarantee a seamless and polished event, our DJ team will arrive 2 hours prior to the start for small to medium productions.     Rosé Weddings & Events offers DJ and MC services for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate events, private parties, college events and school dances. We offer fully customizable professional sound and lighting options (uplighting and dance floor lighting) as well as DIY Packages and Rental Equipment.
  • What are the payment terms?
    To secure your booking with us, we require a deposit of 20% of the total balance which will be deducted from the final balance. You can also choose to pay the balance in full if you prefer. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks before the event date. We will provide you with a digital invoice which allows you to pay by card or bank transfer. It's also helpful to keep in mind the time constraints of your event when requesting a large number of songs. During your final meeting with your DJ, they will review all of your special occasion songs as well as the reception or party songs to ensure that your playlist is tailored to your preferences and the flow of your event.
  • What will you wear?

  • Will You take song requests? Should that be an option for our guests?
    At Rosé Weddings & Events, we do take song requests and often receive many of them throughout the night. However, we also filter the requests we receive from guests to ensure that they align with your preferences and the flow of your event. If we receive a request for a song that you've specified as a "Do Not Play," we won't play it. But if someone requests a song that fits well with the energy and music choices, the DJ may play it. If you prefer that we do not take any requests from guests, that option is available in our online planner. Our DJs are experienced event professionals who have been in this situation hundreds of times over the years and know which tracks get the dance floor going and which ones may clear the room. We offer an online planning system to all of our clients where you can specify your tastes and favorite songs before the event, ensuring that there are no surprises and that you receive the perfect blend of entertainment flavor.
  • Should I tip the DJ or staff of Rosé Weddings & Events?
    It is not required to tip your DJ, but it is always appreciated if you choose to do so. Tipping is a way to show appreciation for a job well done and can be a nice gesture if you feel that your DJ went above and beyond in providing excellent service for your event. A common tip range is between 5-10% of the total bill, but again, it is completely up to you and your discretion whether or not you want to tip your DJ. Our staff at Rosé Weddings & Events would never expect a tip and will always provide great service regardless. That being said, if you choose to tip your DJ as a way of expressing your appreciation, it is always appreciated.
  • Should we feed the DJ?
    Providing a meal or snack for your vendors is not a requirement, but it is a thoughtful gesture that is often appreciated. If you do decide to provide meals for your vendors, it is important to communicate your plans with them in advance and consider any dietary restrictions or preferences they may have. The decision of whether or not to provide meals for your vendors is up to you and can be indicated on the Rosé Weddings & Events Online Planner.
  • Will my DJ also MC my event?
    Your wedding DJ from our team is not just mix master; they also serve as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) for your special day. Our DJs will skillfully handle introductions, make important announcements, and guide the flow of events throughout the celebration.
  • Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?
    Absolutely! We not only provide music services for wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions but also offer a planning tool to ensure that every detail is meticulously nailed down for these special moments.
